You can call to report a claim anytime day or night. Just call 1-800-527-3907. If there’s damage to your home, or if you’ve had an accident on the road and are far from home, we’ll act quickly to get you help right away. An ATP claim staff member will contact you no later than the next business day.

Our claim office is open:
 •  Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. PST
 •  Saturday, 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. PST

When you call during these times you’ll speak to an ATO claim staff member. If it's possible, please have your policy number handy when you call.

When you call after hours

If you need to call us when our office is not open, please do so. Your call will be answered anytime day or night. After hours, our emergency service answers. The person who answers will ask some questions about your loss.
